Food for Thought: A Youth Zine Project

Share your food story, food experiences, or dreams for your local food system through a zine making workshop and sharing!

Nourish Nova Scotia and Feed Nova Scotia are working together on an exciting Zine initiative that aims to gather and amplify youth perspectives on food-related topics.

What is a Zine?

What exactly is a Zine, you ask? A Zine is a self-published booklet or magazine, often created by hand or digital tools. It typically focuses on niche interests or personal expression.

Youth are invited to participate in a collaborative zine-making project, learn about the zine-making process, and produce a zine about a food-related topic.

Create your own Zine
